Details for Given Orthogonal Array Parameters
An orthogonal array OA(bm, s, Sb, k) is a multi-set of bm vectors in Ss, with S := Sb denoting a set of cardinality b. An OA has strength k if each possible projection on k coordinates is balanced.
Use parameter names “OA(qm, n, Sq, t) and [n, k, d]-code” (usual code notation) or “OA(qn, k, Ss, t) and [k, nc, d]-code” (Hedayat–Sloane–Stufken notation) instead of “OA(bm, s, Sb, k) and [s, n, d]-code” or customize the variable names.
