Details for Given Orthogonal Array Parameters
An orthogonal array OA(qm, n, Sq, t) is a multi-set of qm vectors in Sn, with S := Sq denoting a set of cardinality q. An OA has strength t if each possible projection on t coordinates is balanced.
Use parameter names “OA(bm, s, Sb, k) and [s, n, d]-code” (MinT notation) or “OA(qn, k, Ss, t) and [k, nc, d]-code” (Hedayat–Sloane–Stufken notation) instead of “OA(qm, n, Sq, t) and [n, k, d]-code” or customize the variable names.
