Generate Parameter Table for (λ, n, k)-Nets

A (λ, n, k)-net in base s is a set of sn points in the k-dimensional unit cube [0,1)k. The quality parameter λ controls the equidistribution of this point set.

Use parameter names “(t, m, s)-net in base b” (MinT notation) instead of “(λ, n, k)-net in base s.”
